As of this week we have upgraded our phone network and are now running on “Voice Over IP” or VOIP phones.
We have been testing them for a few months now and have been waiting for the technology to become reliable. It seems that we have now resolved all quirks and are even able to do some pretty nifty things like; direct dial numbers, call forwarding, conference calls, transferring calls and most importantly remote working.
